TRUSTNO1's Bookmarks
I got tired of re-bookmarking pages I need on the computers around the world. Google probably has a service where they save all the search requests you've ever had and catalogue them by library of congress heading or somesuch, but I think it's better if I just figure this simple problem out for myself.
Current Research
My current goal is to use DOM scripting in firefox on the client-side to build a personal gateway between Facebook and WebCT at McGill.
- Web Development Bookmarklets Various useful bookmarklets. Bookmarklets are javascript scripts that are self-contained in bookmark form, clicking on a bookmarklet will execute its code, bringing it to life. It will often form a symbiotic bond with the current page.
- Dive Into Greasemonkey This is a book about getting started with client side scripting in firefox/mozilla/netscape/AYB using greasemonkey, a firefox extension to make specific scripts run on specific websites/domains. The book is GPL'd. This is my current M to RTF in this matter.
